About The Protector: 

The protector is made of a super absorbent cotton toweling backed with a durable thin polyurethane membrane that makes it waterproof!

The polyurethane is thick enough to be waterproof, yet thin enough to allow body heat to pass through, so it sleeps cool. It is breathable! Just like your skin! The cotton toweling wicks moisture away from your body.

The mattress protector provides an effective barrier against dust mites! Dust mites are everywhere. Each night the body loses up to a liter of fluids through breathing and perspiration and shed millions of skin flakes, this is the primary food source for dust mites. This creates an ideal breeding ground for dust mites in your mattress, the protector greatly reduces the dust mite's ability to multiply by cugtting off their food source. It prevents the skin flakes and moisture from getting into your mattress.

The mattress protector provides an allergy reduced and stain free sleep environment. Because it prevents organic matter from entering the mattress, your mattress will remain free of molds and bacteria. GBS Enterprises warranties to the original purchaser of this mattress protector, for a period of 10 years, against mattress stains, when purchased on same retail sales ticket as new mattress. When purchased separately this mattress protector offers a 1 year limited warranty against defective materials and workmanship only. 

1. Please do not return to place of purchase

2. Machine wash and dry the mattress protector immediately after spillage incident, optimally while fluid is still wet. 

3. Register claim within 5 days of incident.

4. The product must be returned to GBS Enterprises for inspection and validation of claim.

5. Retail receipt for your mattress protector and mattress must be provided for validated limited warranty. 

6. Use of bleach will void all warranties. 

When a purchase of a GBS mattress protector is made on the same retail sales ticket as a new mattress. GBS Enterprises will also warranty the surface of the mattress against staining provided it is covered with teh GBS mattress protector at the time of spillage. GBS Enterprises reser4ves the right to determine to  provide a home cleaning kit or professionally clean or replace mattress surface fabric. Provided all care conditions are fulfilled, GBS Enterprises will at its sole discretion, replace the mattress or provide one of comparable quality, if the mattress is damaged beyond reapir as a direct result of the failure fo the GBS mattress protector and the claim is within the limited warranty period of the mattress. IN the event of a Mattress replacement GBS Enterprises obligation under this limited warranty shall end. 

This limited warranty does not cover or apply to:

Willful abuse of mattress or mattress protector, acts of god, war, intentional or hostile acts. Damage caused by pets other than body fluids, normal wear and tear, normal everyday soiling, dading, stains caused by cleaners other than provided by GBS Enterprises, mattress used fo rcommercial use. Stains caused while in transit or mattress under rental conditions. Protectors that are not handled per laundering sides of mattress, linens, foundation, box spring or amttress not using a protector. 

This limited warranty replaces all other warranties expressed or implied and no one is authorized to assume or undertake for GBS Enterprises any other liabliltiy connection with the sale of this prodcut. GBS Enterprises shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damage of watever kind and shall be required to service the results of a faulty mattress protector. This limited warranty is made by GBS Enterprises and is not made or on behalf of its distributors, retailers or any other party.

Warranty Process:

Upon registering of a claim, GBS will send a new mattress protector to claimantee.

Consumer must return origingal mattress protector to GBS Enterprises for validation of claim (Consumer is responsible for full freight.) 

Provided the mattress protector is defective and wihtin warranty parameters, GBS will arrange to clean, repair, or replace the mattress.
