WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER PRODUCTS MORE THAN 75 MILES OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSTON, TEXAS METROPOLITAN AREA.
Pickup: - Any damage claim is at distributor's or furniture manufacturer's discretion.
- Customer is to send a digital picture of damage to sales@handrfurniture.com.
- Notify H&R Furniture of any damage within three (3) days of pickup of furniture.
- Must save original packaging & box according to manufacturer's and distrubutor's return policy in order to be fixed or replaced.
- Customer is to bring back item in original box and packaging and H&R will replace or arrangefor the repair of the item.
- Damage should be resolved within 2 weeks if item is in stock. Within 3 weeks if item is from an out of town manufacturer or distributor and item is in stock.
Delivery (Drop Off): - Any damage claim is at distributor's or furniture manufacturer's discretion.
- Customer is to send a digital picture of damage to sales@handrfurniture.com.

- Must save original packaging & box according to manufacturer's and distrubutor's return policy in order to be fixed or replaced.
- H & R will pickup and replace or arrange for the repair of item.
- Damage should be resolved within 2 weeks if item is in stock. Within 3 weeks if item is from an out of town manufacturer or distributor and item is in stock.
Delivery (Installed / Setup): - Any damage claim is at distributor's or furniture manufacturer's discretion.
- Customer must report any damage at time of delivery or setup.
- Delivery Company must document any damage before leaving.
- Undocumented items are not H&R Furniture's responsibility and will not be accepted.
- Damage should be resolved within 2 weeks if item is in stock. Within 3 weeks if item is from an out of town manufacturer or distributor and item is in stock.
Warranty: Our distrubutors and manufacturer's do not offer out-the-door warranties with their products. You have the option to buy a 5 Year Elite warranty plan through Guardsman for $99. If you choose not to purchase the warranty H&R Furniture is not repsonsible for any damage past pick up or deliveries (setup - dropoff). If your furniture is damaged without the Elite warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer for more information. Shipping We do not offer a shipping option at this time. If you are looking for delivery please see FAQ page. Returns We have an all sales final policy. We do not refund delivery fees as you received the service and it is a separate company. |
